At Calypso Imports we promise to develop to your taste buds A Taste of the Caribbean. We Import Caribbean food products from Jamaica all of which are manufactured by my wife's family in Jamaica: Jamaican Jerk Seasoning - three, including the original Boston Bay flavour. There will be mild one for those who are not so keen on hot stuff and a hot one and the Boston Bay Style seasoning for the real pepper lovers. Barbeque Sauces - Jamaican Jerk Barbecue; Jamaican Rum Barbecue Sauce. These sauces are rich in flavourand perfect for a BBQ or adding a little Caribbean taste to an oven dish too! Both of thee productsare mild and suitable for children and non-spice lovers. Scotch Bonnet Pepper Sauce - A hot condiment that can be used as a splash on the side, or for creating a spicy dip. Jamaican Crushed Peppers - Not for the feint hearted! All natural; just strong Jamaican chillis to warm you through. Jerk Tomato Ketchup - The kids are going to love this! Use as you would your ketchup, but it is ketchup with a difference. Make an ordinary hotdog into something extrordinary. Jamaican Hot Mustard Sauce - A sensational table sauce that gives an extra twist for mustard lovers, combining traditional mustard flavours with the heat of chillis. West Indian Guava Jam; West Indian Mango Jam - If you love the Caribbean, but can't stand the heat, then these products will bring back memories of your holiday without burning your tongue. Rich in fruit, they can take you back to the beach at breakfast time, by enjoying our jams on toast or muffins. West Indian Mango Chutney; West Indian Papaya Chutney - Use these as an accompaniment to turn your ploughmans lunch into an exotic island warriors' lunch. They can be used on their own cold, or can turn a chicken or pork dish into a taste sensation, when baked with the meat in the oven.
